Greek Yogurt Parfait

An easy breakfast put together in minutes. Make it up to two days in advance; top with nuts or seeds prior to serving.

Ingredients
1 1⁄4 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 1⁄2 tspSummer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any sweet dip, your choice
1 cup mixed berries
2 tbsp mixed nuts or seeds, unsalted
Preparation
- Mix together yogurt and dip mix.
- Alternately layer with berries and nuts in tall glasses and serve.
