1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cans (19 oz /540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
3⁄4 cup orange juice
- In a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until onions are softened.
- Add Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, orange juice and black beans, simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
- Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
