Twice-baked Caesar Potatoes

Ingredients
3 baked potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1⁄4 cup cream
1 tbspCaesar Dressing Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 1⁄2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Split baked potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out potatoes leaving a 1⁄4" thick shell.
- Mash potato with butter, cream, Caesar Dressing Mix. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper. Spoon into potato shells and top each with grated cheese.
- Place on an Sheet Pan lined with an Sheet Pan Liner. Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
