flank steak

low-sodium soy sauce
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Drizzle steak with oil on both sides; sprinkle with rub, then rub into meat. In a bowl, combine glaze with jelly and soy sauce. Pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place marinated steak on grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Remove from grill and season with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper. Let rest for 5 min. Thinly slice against the grain and serve.
Tips

Delicious served with fresh greens, Asian noodles or stir-fried rice.
