1 melon, such as honeydew or cantaloupe
1 tbsp maple syrup
sparkling water, to taste
- Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags. Steep for 10 min. Remove tea bags and chill in refrigerator until cold, about 30 min.
- Meanwhile, roughly chop melon.
- Combine tea, melon, lime juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until slushy. Serve from pitcher.
- Pour over ice in a tall glass. Top with sparkling water, as desired.
