Lemon Curd Coconut Squares

1 recipe preparedLuscious Lemon Curd, about 1 1/2 cups
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded coconut
3⁄4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Sea Salt (Grinder), a pinch
1 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, coconut, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter. Crumble by hand.
- In a Multipurpose Steamer, take half the crumble and press down to make a base. Spread lemon curd on top. Take the second half of the crumble and sprinkle on top; lightly press down.
- Bake 40–45 min.
- Cool completely, cut & enjoy!
