ginger (ground)

Cinnamon Cinnamon
12 tsp
nutmeg (ground)
12 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
12 cup
white sugar

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add molasses, mix thoroughly then add whole egg and mix again.
  3. Sift all dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture.
  4. Roll cookies into 34" balls, roll in white sugar. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon and bake for 10 minutes.
