rice vermicelli noodles

large carrots, coarsely grated

green pepper, thinly sliced

green onions, thinly sliced

fresh bean sprouts
1 recipe prepared
Sesame Ginger Dressing
1 cup
coarsely chopped peanuts, nuts, or 3 Onion Roasted Almonds
1 tbsp
sesame seeds

Preparation
  1. Boil noodles for 3 minutes, drain, and rinse to cool.
  2. Place noodles in prep bowl with next 5 ingredients.
  3. Add Sesame Ginger Dressing or your choice of other Epicure Dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and sesame seeds.
