Amelia's Dairy-Free “Mayo”

Great vegan substitute for yogurts and mayonnaise in recipes.
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1⁄4 cup olive oil or 1/2 an avocado, optional
2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 - 2 tbspRoasted Garlic Aioli Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
