1⁄4 cup Christmas Black Tea, strong brewed
2 lbs (900 g) apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar, optional
- In a Multipurpose pot - 8 cup, bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 min, until apples are soft and falling apart.
- With a hand blender, purée to desired consistency.
